About Sarah Marie
My name is Sarah Marie and I am a licensed, masters level mental health practitioner. I have worked with people struggling with different issues including grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and self-esteem for over 10 years.
I believe supporting people to find their centered and joyful place is both an art and a science. The art is reading what people need and being able to create the space for empowerment and exploration. T
he science is using evidence based practices that have been studied and shown to help alleviate suffering.
Beyond my work with people, it is my own experiences with overcoming trauma and loss that has given me the passion to work with people through this journey from hurting to thriving. I am continually in awe over peoples resiliency when we are given the environment to heal. I will create a space that is safe and support you to get to your most courageous self.
I will create a space that is safe and support you to get to your most courageous self and together we will journey towards your centered and joyful self.
